Today Ben was thoughtfully watching Caleb eat his baby food.
"Caleb doesn't have any teeth."
"That's right, Ben."
"He has a flat mouth. Just like Elmo."
I had never thought about it before, but this is true. Babies mouths are very similar to puppets. Or dancing Peanuts characters...

Dude, Ben and I are so in the same headspace. Kent and I watched an Elmo DVD today that had a segment about teeth, and Elmo remarked that he didn't have teeth and neither did his pet goldfish Dorothy-- I had never thought about it before, either! They did have The Count do a little thing about brushing his teeth, I guess because he's the only puppet they could scrounge up who has teeth. =)
Tom's Dad looks like the dancing Peanuts character when he dances. . . I guess lots of people have similar puppet characteristics:)
I meant to say "Thom's Dad" - I can spell my husband's name, apparently I was subconsciously spelling his Dad's name - long day, apparently
