Home Improvements

In anticipation for the coming school year, we have done some more organizing of toys and books. Since cousin Aiden will now be staying with us during the day, we are having a sort of preschool experience right here at home. The laundry room desk area is ready for Ben's kindergarten work, craft supplies are sorted, and toys and puzzles are all in their proper places. The children even have nifty circles of colored carpet to sit on during story time. And, as an improvement for Mommy and Daddy, we bought a new kitchen table and highchair. IKEA is to thank for these purchases (and probably the organizing revolution that is going through our house).

Where did you get your train table, and are you happy with it? We want to get one for Eli's birthday in Sept.

I really love your new table and chairs (and the Caleb chair)! I know you will enjoy them a lot!! You sure worked hard getting everything organized and finding a place for everything (quite an achievement)! I know the children will enjoy it too! Love y'all!

Yay for Ikea! Woo-hoo! I LOVE the new table and chairs. Very classy. And the organization of the toys and supplies puts a smile on my face. :D What a fun place to have school!

So what does Brad think of Ikea?

I am so happy Dream Dinners is on your favorites list. It is the ultimate buy in bulk and save way to have a home cooked dinner and does cost less than buying the same ingredients at a grocery store. It is also very eco friendly, so much less packaging when you buy in bulk. We actually have children on our tasting panels; it is amazing to see what kids will really eat. We put kids in a box when we only feed them "white foods". Don’t miss our new Dream Rewards program, where you will receive gifts and other specials. You can get even more ideas on my blog Take care. http://stephanieallen.wordpress.com/

I told you it was a wonderland. ;)

Organization of the toys and learning materials is great. Good planning ahead! That's exciting that you'll have another kid in your homeschool-- I didn't realize a cousin was going to be in on the action!
